Since Mardi Gras Balls are considered private events, the CAJUNDOME's clear bag policy will not be enforced. All bags and guests are subject to search. Guests are still encouraged to use small handbags or clear bags to speed up the security check-in and limit cross-contamination during bag search. Any outside food or beverage will be confiscated at entry and guests may be denied entry or removed from the premises if found in violation of the CAJUNDOME's outside food & beverage policy or prohibited item policy. 

CASHLESS PAYMENT SYSTEM

• Starting January 1, 2025, The CAJUNDOME & Convention Center will transition to a cashless payment system for Concerts & Events. This change applies to all CAJUNDOME point of sale locations at the CAJUNDOME & Convention Center. 
• Credit and debit cards, prepaid gift cards, and digital wallet “touch to pay” payments will be accepted at Concessions, Merchandise Stands & the CAJUNDOME Box Office.
• Cash tips for wait staff and bar staff are still accepted and appreciated. 

Pre-Order Deadline is 12 Noon on January 31, 2025

Please visit the specifc catering portal for the Krewe de Wideload to place all orders before the pre-order deadline. Guests who are unable to place an order by the pre-order deadline can place an order the night of the event. Limited quantities or selections may be available the night of the event. 

Absolutely, no outside food or beverage (including alcohol) will be allowed admission into the CAJUNDOME or Convention Center. All bags and guests are subject to search. Limited parking available behind the Convention Center at Gate 11 and at Cajun Field.

Overflow parking will be at the Grass Lot on the corner of CAJUNDOME Boulevard and W Congress Street, across from Cajun Field. You can access the grass lot via East Devalcourt Street. Please do not park in the LITE Center's paved parking lot.

Guests should utilize the CAJUNDOME Boulevard pedestrian tunnel to access the CAJUNDOME Convention Center. If you’re parking at the overflow lot, please utilize the intersection to cross safely.

Ride Share/Drop-off can be accessed at Gate 11B on Reinhardt Drive and is HIGHLY encouraged.
