NEW CLEAR BAG POLICY FOR CAJUNDOME & CONVENTION CENTER EVENTS

Each ticket holder, including children, may carry one approved clear bag, such as a one-gallon storage bag, plus a small purse.

The following bags will be permitted inside the CAJUNDOME & Convention Center and are subject to search.

• Clear plastic bag that does not exceed 12” by 6” by 12”.
• Clutch or small purse, with or without a strap, that does not exceed 6.5” by 4.5”.
• Equipment bag for necessary medical items.
• Diaper bag for age-appropriate children accompanied by an adult.

Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to: large purses, duffle bags, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, mesh bags, or any bag larger than the permissible size 12" x 12" x 6". Tinted or printed-pattern plastic bags are not clear, so they will not be permitted.

CASHLESS PAYMENT SYSTEM

• Starting January 1, 2025, The CAJUNDOME & Convention Center will transition to a cashless payment system for Concerts & Events. This change applies to all CAJUNDOME point of sale locations at the CAJUNDOME & Convention Center. 
• Credit and debit cards, prepaid gift cards, and digital wallet “touch to pay” payments will be accepted at Concessions & the CAJUNDOME Box Office.
• The Toughest Monster Truck Tour Merchandise Stands will accept cash and card at this event. 

If I Only Have Cash How Will I Make A Purchase?

• Prepaid Visa gift cards will be available to purchase at the CAJUNDOME Box Office from the first level lobby window and/or a designated convention center lobby location, if applicable.
• You may exchange cash for a prepaid Visa gift card in the following amounts: $25, $50 or $100. 
• Gift Cards can be used for purchases at the CAJUNDOME & Convention Center or any business where Visa is accepted (subject to business's participation).

The Pit Pass includes early admission into the venue for fans to walk around on the dirt track, see the trucks up close, request driver autographs and take photos with the monster trucks and drivers.  Pit passes can be purchased at the Box Office for only $15. A FREE Pit Pass is included with all tickets purchased by December 22. Regular event ticket required for entry into Pit Party.
