Each concert ticket is valid for ONE (1) POD which includes admission and chairs for up to 6 guests.  You must arrive with your entire party at the Check-in Gate, no will call is available. 

PARKING PASSES

A limited number of parking passes will be available for purchase at the time of ticket purchase. Parking Passes will be accepted for entry into the CAJUNDOME parking lots located at Gate 12. 

HANDICAP PARKING

A limited number of handicap parking spaces will be available in the CAJUNDOME parking lots located at Gate 12. 

DROP-OFFS

Vehicles dropping off passengers for the event may do so by entering Gate 12 and following directional signage to the drop off area. 

FREE PARKING

Free parking is available at CAJUNDOME Gate 8 on Congress Street and at Cajun Field. Fans should use the pedestrian tunnel to cross under CAJUNDOME Boulevard to access the concert check-in point. 

• No outside food or beverage is permitted. 

• Food and beverage will be available for purchase at the event at various concession locations. Options include Papa John's Pizza, nachos, popcorn, hot dogs, roasted nuts, cotton candy.

Pod Set-Up Example:

Clear Bag Policy: In an effort to limit cross-contamination, the CAJUNDOME will be enforcing a strict clear bag policy at the TOBYMAC concert event. A one quart or smaller clear plastic storage bag or clear clutch/purse sized 6.5" x 4.5" x 1" or less permitted. Non-clear diaper bags with age appropriate children or non-clear medical bags will be permitted. All bags subject to search. 

Face Coverings: We will follow all current state mandates, and as such, will require face coverings for all participants and guests attending this event. Masks are required for entry into the event and must be worn anytime you are outside of your reserved seating pod, i.e., when visiting restroom or concession facilities.

Social Distancing: All participants and guests are reminded to observe social distancing guidelines of 6 feet when entering the concert grounds, moving about the venue, or waiting to use restroom or concession facilities. In addition, participants and guests should follow instructions from event staff and remain in their reserved seating areas to maintain social distancing from other groups in attendance.

We look forward to seeing you at An Evening Under the Stars with TOBYMAC and special guests Cochren & Co. on Friday, April 9. Concerts gates will open at 6:00 PM and the show starts around 7:30 PM. Gate 12 parking permit & handicap parking will open at 6:00 PM as well.

There is no need to line-up early to get a better pod location since your pod number has already been selected at ticket purchase. Please follow signage to your assigned pod number which can be found on your ticket or ask a CAJUNDOME usher for assistance. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

* This is a Mobile Ticket Entry Event, no paper copies necessary. It is recommended that you download or save the code(s) to your mobile device before arriving at the event.

* Tickets are still available online; a limited number of pod tickets will be available for purchase at the Box Office the night of the show if still available.

* Reminder that your ticket price is per seating pod, not per individual. Each seating pod is barricaded and measures 8 feet by 8 feet.

* Ticket purchase is valid for the selected pod and includes admission for up to 6 patrons. Patrons must arrive at the check-in gate with their entire party, up to 6 patrons max per pod, in order to enter the event as there will be no will call available. Pods include 6 chairs for patron use.

* There is no minimum age required to participate but at least one adult must be present.

* All bags and participants are subject to search at entry. A Clear bag policy is in effect for this event. For a list of permitted bags and sizes, visit www.Cajundome.com

* Face coverings are required for entry into the event and must be worn whenever fans are outside of their reserved seating pod, such as when walking to seating pods, or visiting restroom or concession facilities. It is strongly recommended that you continue to wear your face mask when inside your pod.

* Free parking is available at Cajun Field; please use the CAJUNDOME Blvd. pedestrian tunnel to access the event entrance.

* Those fans that purchased parking passes for the Convention Center Gate 12 parking lot, can enter at Gate 12 on Reinhardt Drive to access the lot. Please have your ticket pulled up at arrival for quick scanning. A limited number of handicap parking spaces are available in the Convention Center Gate 12 parking lot, these spots are first come, first served, please have your handicap tag visible at arrival. 

* No outside food or beverage permitted. Food and beverages will be available for purchase on-site. 

* No umbrellas, tents or other items that may restrict the view of other patrons permitted. Small battery operated fans permitted.

* Mingling between pods or around concession or restroom facilities is prohibited and social distance markings must be followed. Guests who repeatedly choose not to follow stated face mask or mingling policies will be removed from the event without refund.

* All guests should follow social distancing markings when visiting restrooms and concessions. Remember, no mask, no food, no booze.

By accepting a ticket and using it for entry or resale/other, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are or have been present and that the CAJUNDOME cannot ensure that its premises are risk-free.

Due to the heavy rain forecasted for Friday night in Acadiana, Awakening Events and the CAJUNDOME have made the decision to move the Evening Under the Stars with TOBYMAC outdoor concert scheduled for Friday, April 9, to inside the CAJUNDOME Arena. 

• Seating will still be arranged in pods of 6 on the Arena floor; however, some pods will be relocated to the 100 level seating in order to remain in compliance with state Open Safely guidelines.
• Doors are scheduled to open at 6PM.

• Face masks must be worn inside the building at all times unless actively eating or drinking in your seating pod.
• Clear bag policy is in effect, please refer to CAJUNDOME.COM for allowable bag sizes.
• Food, beverage & tour merchandise will be available for purchase on-site in the main CAJUNDOME Lobby; no outside food or beverage permitted. 

In response to Open Safely mitigation methods and to further guest safety, the CAJUNDOME will also be implementing the following: 

• The stage/performers will be a minimum of 10 feet from the first row of pod seating. 
• Fan seating pods will be spaced with a minimum of 6 foot distancing between pods. 
• The CAJUNDOME will adhere to all other mitigation guidelines as requested in the Open Safely guidelines for live music events in regards to sanitization, social distancing and PPE requirements of staff, crew, and participants.
