Group Sales

Please review the following procedures when ordering through group sales to ensure a fast and easy way to buy tickets:

• A minimum of 10-20 people is considered a group and varies for each event.
• A one-time $5.50 processing fee is required with each group order. This fee is NOT per ticket.
• Seating is assigned when orders are paid in full. Tickets are processed in the order payment is received.
• Accessible Seating options are limited please contact our Group Sales Agent to make proper arrangements.
• Payment for the entire amount of tickets purchased can be made in ONE of the following forms:
  • ONE company, school, or organizational check
  • major credit card to include only - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express,
  • Cash or money order.
• Cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express orders will require 48-72 hours for processing before tickets are ready to be picked up or mailed.
• Make checks payable to: CAJUNDOME

• There may be a waiting period if paying by check so checks must be in no later than 10 business day before the event. There will be a $35.00 fee on all returned checks.
• Visit the CAJUNDOME Box Office if you wish to purchase your group tickets in person.
• Groups may add on to their original order, Add-on orders will be selected as close as possible to the original order and are subject to availability. For every additional order, a $5.50 processing fee will be added. Add-on orders will be regular price after the deadline.
• Tickets purchased less than two weeks prior to the performance will not be mailed. Arrangements can be made to have the tickets picked up from Will Call at our facility.
• Complimentary tickets are NOT available for bus drivers or group leaders. All persons entering the building must have a ticket, no exceptions.
• The age requirement for tickets various event to event, please check with the Box Office to get this information.
