Geaux Cashless Effective January 1, 2025
Starting January 1, 2025, The CAJUNDOME & Convention Center will transition to a cashless payment system for Concerts & Events. This change applies to all CAJUNDOME point of sale locations at the CAJUNDOME & Convention Center.
- Credit and debit cards, prepaid gift cards, and digital wallet “touch to pay” payments will be accepted at Concessions, Merchandise Stands & the CAJUNDOME Box Office.
- UL Athletics will still take cash payments for Men's Basketball game ticket purchases at the Box Office.
If I Only Have Cash How Will I Make A Purchase?
- Prepaid Visa gift cards will be available to purchase at the CAJUNDOME Box Office from the first level lobby window and/or a designated convention center lobby location, if applicable.
- You may exchange cash for a prepaid Visa gift card in the following amounts: $25, $50 or $100.
- Gift Cards can be used for purchases at the CAJUNDOME & Convention Center or any business where Visa is accepted (subject to business's participation).
- Fans can check the balance on their gift card by visiting the web address or contacting the customer service phone number located on the back of the card.
- Some concessions or merchandise stands may accept cash at select events. Please refer to our website calendar for event-specific policies.
