Ticketmaster is the exclusive provider of ticketing services for the CAJUNDOME & Convention Center and its events. All guests should verify that they are purchasing their tickets through a verified Ticketmaster service at the time of purchase. Please see the verified purchase outlets below. Box Office
Save money on your ticket purchase by purchasing tickets directly at the CAJUNDOME & Convention Center Box Office.
Box Office Location
The Box Office is located on the CAJUNDOME & Convention Center property at 444 CAJUNDOME BLVD. Lafayette, LA 70506. The Will Call Windows are located at the south side of the building, to the right of the main entrance front doors which are located underneath the overhang.

Mobile Ticketing
Your Mobile Phone is your ticket! You will only be able to access your tickets on your phone.
*PRINTOUTS OR SCREENSHOTS WILL NOT WORK FOR ENTRY*
- Add your tickets to Apple Wallet or transfer to friends before reaching gate
- Open the Ticketmaster App
- Have your barcode on the Ticketmaster App or Apple Wallet ready to be scanned upon entry
Will Call
- Tickets are released only to the person whose name appears on the Ticketmaster account header card or Will Call envelope.
- No one will be given tickets designated for another person.
- Proper photo identification is required, preferably a valid driver's license and purchasing credit card, if applicable.
- A signature from the person authorized to pick up the tickets is required at the time of the pickup.
- After the Box Office closes the day of the event, all unclaimed tickets will be available for pick up at the CAJUNDOME Administrative Office, located to the right of the box office windows. Please check Administration Office Hours or call 337-265-2104 to verify pick-up.
Accessible Seating
The CAJUNDOME Box Office is the ONLY place that offers accessible seating locations.

Mardi Gras Balls
The CAJUNDOME & Convention Center is host to several Mardi Gras balls and socials of various sizes throughout the year. If your Krewe is looking for a new or larger venue for your next ball or event, we hope you'll consider the experienced staff and venues of the CAJUNDOME & Convention Center.
